No substance abuse at the property. Please drink alcohol responsibly.
Shoes to be taken off inside the house, please.
You may smoke in the backyard. No smoking inside the property. Please dispose of rubbish considerately.
Due to neighbours, I expect guests not to have loud music/noise from 22:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No unannounced guests in the property please - only those booked.
For safety and protection, the person checking in must be the person named in the booking but this may not always be the case.
